Every role now has a clearer path through Tandem Tutors, with better session context, more dependable scheduling, and an easier way to share feedback.
Tutors and students now get a focused getting-started guide for the tasks they use most, from inviting and scheduling to homework and calendar sync.
Tutors can keep private notes on a student profile, so important context stays close without being shared with the student or their parents.
Send a bug report, idea, praise, or other feedback directly from the app, with a dedicated review workflow for the team.
Clicking an available time now reliably opens the scheduler, while active sessions remain visible and ready to join or manage during their scheduled window.
Booking, live sessions, agenda editing, timers, dashboards, analytics, and settings have been refined with clearer controls and more dependable layouts across screen sizes.
Students who join from an invitation now carry the right subject options into onboarding, and homework opens with overdue or pending work ready to review.
Tutor notes now persist as sessions move through their lifecycle, with existing notes protected during each transition.

Scheduling takes fewer steps, dashboards surface the right actions sooner, and the tutor and student experience now feels more connected from booking through to session follow-up.
Open booking directly from calendars, student profiles, and subject pages, with the relevant student, date, and time carried into the scheduler where available.
Tutors can add past sessions while keeping attendance, payments, and session history connected.
Choose whether to receive updates about booking requests, lesson changes, assessments, and tutoring invitations.
Clearer active-day states, helpful hover feedback, click-to-schedule interactions, and a redesigned time-off range picker make weekly and monthly planning easier.
Refined dashboards, booking requests, student details, analytics, and settings bring common actions forward and present information more consistently.
Students can move more easily between subjects, tutors, tasks, assessments, attendance, and booking, with clearer task filters and consistent add actions.

Tutor availability setup now matches the main calendar experience, while students select their subjects as part of onboarding.

Tutors can add prepaid credit to a student, and fully covered new session payments are marked paid automatically.
